Edison Chen is often critised by his critics since Edison poorly pronounces cantonese words in his songs.
Edison Chen is idolised for being cool in his attitude and his good looks. Recently Edison Chen was assaulted by 2 youths in downtown Hong Kong. The two teenages mocked Edison Chen by breakdancing infront of him as Edison was leaving his hair salon. One of the teenagers swung at Edison Chen and hit his left ear. The two teenagers then ran, and Edison gave chase for nine city block before returning to the same shopping arcade. He then called his assistants who were triads to look for the two teenagers, and they were finally caught on a bus.
Edison Chen recently starred in a film by Jiang Hu in which his character had to rape a dog as punishment. The scene was actually cut to remove the naked buttocks of Edison Chan.
